Pneumatic Crimper PC 65

The PC 65 pneumatic crimper is versatile and suitable for a wide range of terminal types. A foot switch triggers the crimping process, leaving your hands free to insert the cable and terminal. The two-stage operating mode enables the terminal to be fixed before crimping, making it easy to process complex terminals without errors. Frequently used settings can be saved in the PC 65 touch panel, which increases efficiency.

The crimping force and the closing movement of the dies are monitored by pressure and displacement sensors. In the event of deviations, the crimping process is automatically interrupted and an error message is shown on the display, ensuring consistently high crimp quality. The carrying handle and low weight also make the crimping pliers easy to transport, making them an ideal tool for various workplaces. The dies can be changed quickly and easily, both for standard dies and customised dies.

The TF 65 feeder unit is a useful and flexible extension to the PC 65 pneumatic crimper for high-quality processing of insulated terminals.
